Yuffies are those over-educated and over-qualified, twenty and thirty-somethings who have not found their way in the world yet but still manage to infiltrate DC. They survive on menial gig work, a surfeit of anti-establishment behavior, selective social altruism, and kindness toward The Twins residents, the little people of the world, and other Yuffies.
